Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchases. Therefore, we accept returns for items that are non-sale, non-damaged, and unused for full refund to your Paypal account, excluding any shipping charges.

All returns must be pre-approved and postmarked within 14 days of your purchase. Returns postmarked after this time will not be honored. All sale items are final sale.

Poési is not responsible for damages that occur during the care of an item such as polishing or cleaning. Because we are not responsible for damages or losses incurred during the return shipping process, we recommend insuring all returns.

Most of our sales are of made-to-order, thus we generally cannot give refunds or exchanges. Custom orders cannot be returned as you will receive a photo to confirm approval prior to shipment. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you wish before ordering and thank you for understanding.

Ordering & Payment
We accept PayPal (which accepts all major credit cards). Paypal is very safe and hassle-free to sign up for and use. Once payment is received for made to order or custom pieces, we will happily begin work on your order and notify you of the expected delivery date.

Sales Tax
Sales tax of 10.25% will be charged for orders shipped within Illinois.
